Cameron Wright

In the summer of 2018, Cameron lost 30 lbs through diet and walking, but was looking for more. He join several of the “big box” gyms, but they never stuck. He tried “Insanity” and “P90X” but got bored quickly. He was introduced to CrossFit in the fall of 2018 and quickly became hooked.   He competed in the Granite Games in 2018 and then the CrossFit Open in 2019.  In 2022, he received his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) and “Judges Certificate (2022)”. His passion for the sport continues today. Having had shoulder surgery (arthritis and age), Cameron is motivated to help other athletes find scaling options for their workout.  His passions outside of the box, when not spending time with his wife Amanda and 4 children, include scuba diving, mountain biking, hiking, woodworking, and shooting sports.

“The best part of CrossFit is that you do not have to worry if today is leg day or shoulder day. Everything is programmed for you including plyometrics, cardio, Olympic weightlifting, and gymnastics”. Cameron Wright
