Mark Corbett

In my youth, I played tennis, soccer, and ran track and cross country which drives my love for Crossfit. Every workout is unique. You are perform the workout yourself but in a group atmosphere. When I started CrossFit in 2012, I gravitated to the methodology and the encouragement from the group working out with me. I had never seen that in a gym before. I was in a rut and was looking for something to motivate me more than just running. Crossfit challenged me in a tremendous way. I was hooked! I got my Crossfit Level 1 in 2018 to improve my knowledge and move into the coaching.

I enjoy coaching athletes to improve their movements and gain personal confidence. I want them to improve their skills and have fun at the same time.
