Elizabeth Larrea

Elizabeth believes that no matter the age or skill level, CrossFit is a lifelong way of staying fit and being prepared for whatever life throws your way. And she should know. After training for only one year, Elizabeth became a CrossFit Trainer in 2015. Since then – in addition to coaching group classes, personal training, skill seminars, and weightlifting – she has had an impressive CrossFit competitive career. She competed at Regionals in 2018, qualified for elite divisions alongside some of the best in the sport, and has been ranked among the top female elite athletes in Georgia. She has trained high school football players, couples in their 80s, military personnel and everyone in between.
