What to Expect
In your Kickstart meeting, we’ll begin with your unique needs: your schedule and lifestyle, family, work and travel, any diet restrictions or challenges, likes or dislikes. You’ll also get your first InBody scan to set your baseline.
From all that data, we create your individualized Food Plan, including helping you understand your body’s unique needs based on your activity level, height and weight (Your “Macros,” which include the exact daily percentage of Protein, Carbs and Fats you’ll need to reach your goals!)
We create your Lanier Pro Plan for you in an easy-to-use online app that makes it fun for us to track milestones together, and helps you motivate and stick to your goals!
Access to our private online “Fuel the Fire” group for support from others in the program – ask questions, share hurdles, connect with others working toward their goals
Weekly check-ins with InBody scans to see your progress in real-time!
