We had a great time on Saturday enjoying the “Lake Life” and Stephanie & Reed’s hospitality!
This week we’ll be attempting to set new 1 rep max lifts of Strict Press and Squat Clean. Keep in mind that form is more important than a successful lift. Listen to your coach and be safe. We do this crazy CrossFit thing to be look good, stay healthy and enjoy the other things in life that we value!
